Internal Screening
Once we have received your application , an member of out team will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll invite you along to either a Selection days or an on site interview with a member of our team.
If we do not thing your a fit for Stubbers at this time we will let you know as soon as possible via email.

- Stage 3
Onsite Interview
We will arrange a time for you to attend a site selection day with multiple other candidates onsite at Stubbers. You will be able to take part in one or more of our activities and see what we deliver here at Stubbers. This will also conclude with a one to one interview with one of our Activity managers from there we will move forward to next stages.
There is a potential to take part in activities based on the lake, our climbing towers, or in our artificial caving system. You will be sent a brief about what the day is expected to look like and what clothing will be required to take part.
If after this we do not think you are a right fit for Stubbers we will notify you via email if your interview was successful or not.

Offer, Referencing, and Onboarding
If we are happy with your application we will make you a Formal Offer for the position. this will be sent via email digitally. At this point we will also ask for references via our online referencing system. References and on-boarding material will be requested after you have signed your offer (but your offer will be contingent on your references).
