Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Applied
Applicants who wish to be considered for the role must submit a copy of their CV and Cover Letter no longer than 1 page.
- Stage 2
Review
Once we have received your application , an member of out team will review it. If you're a potential match, we'll invite you along to either a Selection days or an on site interview with a member of our team.

- Stage 3
Interview
For the interview, the candidate will be required to hold a 10-minute presentation on “Modern menu adaptations for complex dietary requirements” for their potential peers and colleges. The presentation will be followed by a Question-and-Answer Session in order to gain a further understanding of your knowledge about the sector, the centre, and team management styles.
- Stage 4
Internal Review
Following the interview there will be a review held and an outcome will be delivered within 7 days of the interview.
Should your application be unsuccessful then you will be notified and feedback will be provided to you as to why your application was unsuccessful at this time.
Should a suitable internal candidate not be found the post will be advertised externally.

Offer, Referencing, and Onboarding
If we are happy with your application we will make you a Formal Offer for the position. this will be sent via email digitally. At this point we will also ask for references via our online referencing system. References and on-boarding material will be requested after you have signed your offer (but your offer will be contingent on your references).
